We offer not only standard quality 3- to 7-layer films, but also super thin films or nano films with more than 30 layers. We are able to advise customers and offer them the most suitable type of stretch film to maximise savings while maintaining the quality and safety of packaging. In recent years, we have been successfully presenting low-micron films to our customers. These films provide significant cost-cutting for packaging. Stretch (fixation) film is used especially for the packaging of goods on pallets and securing them for safe transport.
Suppliers
We cooperate with several suppliers from all over the world. Due to the fact that we are not dependent on only one manufacturer and supplier, we have continuous supplies. This allows us to substitute any failures and maintain high-quality deliveries and competitive prices. We visit our suppliers regularly to discuss new products, development, and quality. We cooperate mainly with suppliers from Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Asia – for some, this continent is synonymous with low quality. In the area of stretch films and their quality, however, Asia is far ahead of the rest of the world. Thin films of 8–12 microns, which entered the European market in 2012, were used in Asia several years earlier and they were of much higher quality than European manufacturers are able to offer even now. This is one of the reasons why we cooperate with suppliers from Asia. Already, Asian manufacturers are testing and developing so-called “new generation” stretch films which will be in use in Asia sooner than in Europe.
Quality
We put great emphasis on quality—all of our suppliers are certified and use modern production procedures and machinery. Quality tests are performed both on rolls and directly on wrapping machines, where films are tested for their properties and their suitability for the type of machinery equipment. Samples are taken from all deliveries and tests (such as Highlight tester) are performed on the machines.
